We recently took part in the Great Place To Work® initiative to help us quantify our employees’ satisfaction and create a high-trust work experience for all employees.

It first starts with the Survey Employees (the Trust Index) addressed to all employees, at all levels, on every site. Because who better than our own employees to tell us what it is like to work for us and what we could do better.

The survey that has been launched on September 27 is totally anonymous and runs until October 11. All the answers are directly collected by GPTW that will send us a global analysis highlighting the positive aspects and the less positive ones.
A real opportunity for us to get true and honest feedbacks from our employees as well as a clear overview of the mood and the levels of satisfaction and engagement among them. And the chance to adapt our actions plan accordingly.
