Our Product Development team, best advocate for the Group’s decarbonisation strategy

On July 7th was held Manitou Group’s customers webinar “On the way up #2” dedicated to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

This digital event offers Manitou the opportunity to present the progress of its CSR roadmap based on pillars such as human and ethics, working conditions and safety, low-carbon trajectory and circular economy. Highly aware of our numerous actions towards carbon emission reduction, it is therefore very naturally that they turned to us to tackle the low carbon energies topic.

Along with other testimonials from various stakeholders of which Schneider Electric Group or Bouygues Group, Eric Faijean our head of sales ArcelorMittal SSC Europe presented the Group’s decarbonisation strategy supported by a very complete video from ArcelorMittal Belgium showing the various ongoing projects linked to the XCarb initiative.

He also emphasized the importance of the close collaboration with our customers in the development of new products, such as Manitou Group, the French manufacturer of handling equipment, access platforms and earthmoving equipment, who very early expressed undeniable interest in our approach and efforts.
