Colleagues in Geel take part in health challenge

Everyone was encouraged to take part in sports activities, eat healthy lunches, cycle to work and adopt other healthy practices. Sharing ’fit tips’ covering a range of topics, such as staying hydrated and disconnecting mentally, was also part of the initiative.

Colleagues were asked to send in pictures of their achievements, and these were posted on the office mood board to motivate everyone. We were delighted to have over 30 participants dedicated to the challenge and their overall wellbeing.
