What motivated me to join Arcelormittal is the strong reputation and leadership position of the company in the steel industry and its commitment to innovation and sustainability. I am particularly impressed environmentally friendly practices in steel production which align with my values and professional interest. I am eager to develop my skills and grow within a company known for its commitment to quality and continues improvement.

What inspired you to specialize in this field, and what do you find most fulfilling about your work?

In Commercial Change Management, I am responsible for driving the company to adopt a more analytical approach, which is a key inspiration for my work in this field. I focus on transforming data into actionable insights and assessing this information together with our colleagues from different fields like sales, production, supply chain to identify the development opportunities.

Can you provide an overview of the day-to-day responsibilities of your position?

Generally, my responsibilities are diverse with a significant focus on gross margin analysis. This complex task invoices examining pricing strategies and delving into the production specifics of each coil. Additionally, I develop dashboards using Business Intelligence Tools to identify and visualize the potential improvement areas.

What advice would you give to someone who is interested in pursuing a career in this field?

If you want to work in commercial change management, you need to understand the business context and develop strong communication skills and relationships in order to support your colleagues from different fields to drive the change in the organization. Also, you need to have experience on the business intelligence tools since they are enabling smarter decision-making and strategic planning which helps a lot driving the company to adopt a more analytical approach.
